As with all Gnostic studies, our emphasis will be on practical spirituality. Our goal is to teach you how to guide yourself, so that upon returning home you can direct your own practice successfully.

There will be two levels of teaching: a Beginner's Track and an Advanced Track. Both tracks will focus on practice, and will have some overlapping sessions and/or activities. It is up to you to determine which track you would like to participate in.

Although there will be lectures and social interaction, the emphasis of the retreat will be on an intensified development of meditation practice. The retreat will consist primarily of group meditation sessions. We will also observe extended periods of silence in order to focus attention upon our inner worlds.

Group meditation forms a formidable magnetic vortex, that, due to cosmic magnetization, has the power to attract towards its participants certain divine types of forces that are very necessary. - Samael Aun Weor
