Everyone is welcome to attend. Regardless of race, sex, culture, religion, political affiliation, or beliefs, we welcome you. However, in order to facilitate the transmission of the Gnostic teachings and comply with various regulations and laws, there are some limitations we must observe:

1. Attendees must be at least 18 years old (exceptions may be made for serious 16 or 17 year olds who are accompanied by a parent - contact us if you are interested).

TRANSPORTATION

If you are planning on flying into the area for the 2009 Gnostic Retreat, there are a couple of options to consider:

Airports

The Retreat center is located in Delaware County in upstate New York. The closest airport to the retreat center is the Binghamton Airport (BGM), which is 60 minutes away from the retreat center. This would be the easiest and quickest airport to fly into. We will provide a shuttle service for an additional fee of $20 each way - $40 round trip.

Albany International Airport (ALB) is two hours away and John F. Kennedy Airport is 3 hours away.  If you fly into any other airport (other than Binghamton), you will have to get to the retreat facility on your own or meet us at the designated time at Binghamton Airport (BGM) and pay for the shuttle service to the retreat center.

Note: As you are making your travel arrangements, please consider the following: When planning your flight to Binghamton Airport you will need to be at the designated spot at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, August 12, 2009. Please make sure that you schedule your return flight on Sunday, August 16, 2009 after 3pm.

Driving

You also have the option of driving to the retreat center. Directions will be provided with your registration materials.

PRICES

Your payment includes your registration fee, room & linens, 12 healthy and delicious vegetarian meals beginning with lunch on Wednesday afternoon and ending with brunch on Sunday (plus daily snacks and beverages), program/activities, and use of the grounds.

Individual Pricing (for 1 spot which includes a shared room and a shared bathroom in the Bodhicitta Inn):

• Now through June 15th: $475.00 USD (Early Bird Price)
• June 16th – July 30th: $500.00 USD

Couple's Pricing (for 2 spots which includes a private room and a private bathroom in the Couple's Lodge)

• Now through June 15th: $1200.00 USD (Early Bird Price)
• June 16th – July 30th: $1250.00 USD

Camping Pricing (for 1 camping spot- bring your own tent and sleeping bag)

• Now through June 15th: $325.00 USD (Early Bird Price)
• June 16th – July 30th: $350.00 USD

Optional

• Transportation from Binghamton Airport (BGM): $20.00 each way ($40 round trip)

Cancellation Policy

• If you need to cancel your reservation between now and April 15th, there is a non-refundable $25.00 registration fee.
• If you need to cancel your reservation between April 16th and May 15th, there is a non-refundable 50% deposit of your payment.
• If you need to cancel your reservation between May 16th and June 15th, there is a non-refundable 75% deposit of your payment.
• If you need to cancel your registration after June 16th, there is no refund of your payment available.
