The traditional Tibetan temple of Padma Samye Ling is replete with traditional murals and sacred art which embody the blessing treasure of the authentic lineage.

Retreat Center
A common area and dining hall are contained in the Sangha House. Accommodations are encompassed through the Bodhicitta Inn, which includes dormitory rooms and patron apartments, as well as camping sites on the monastery grounds.

Gathering Rooms

We will have a chance to relax in the comfort of one of the gathering rooms.There we can hold an informal lecture/practice, relax or enjoy one of the fabulous meals created by the chef. Working fireplaces enhance the ambiance.

Individual Accommodations

To promote greater camaraderie, participants will stay in the shared rooms of the Bodhicitta Inn, which includes dormitory style rooms. Each room has comfortable single beds (4 beds in a room). Bathrooms are shared. This package includes your registration fee, room & linens, 12 healthy and delicious vegetarian meals beginning with lunch on Wednesday afternoon, August 12, 2009 and ending with brunch on Sunday August 16, 2009 (plus daily snacks and beverages), all classes, activities, and use of the Monastery grounds.

Couples’ Accommodations

This year we are also offering couples accommodations for the first 5 couples that make reservations. The ‘Couples’ Apartment has one bedroom, a living room, kitchenette and a full bathroom. This package includes 2 spots, both registration fees, a private 1 bedroom apartment, linens, 12 healthy and delicious vegetarian meals each beginning with lunch on Wednesday afternoon, August 12, 2009 and ending with brunch on Sunday August 16, 2009 (plus daily snacks and beverages), all classes, activities, and use of the grounds.

Camping

With 500 acres of land to choose from, your camping experience with surely be a memorable one. Your package includes your registration fee, a camping spot (you will have to bring your own tent and sleeping bag) use of all indoor facilities (bathroom, shower, common rooms, etc) , 12 healthy and delicious vegetarian meals beginning with lunch on Wednesday afternoon, August 12, 2009 and ending with brunch on Sunday August 16th 2009 (plus daily snacks and beverages), all classes, activities, and use of the Monastery grounds.
